Fitted Furniture Pricing
Every project is made to measure, so pricing depends on the size of the space, the level of detail, the internal layout, finish, hardware and any optional extras such as lighting.
As a guide, most Michael Charles Fitted Interiors projects typically range from £3,000 to £10,000+, with smaller, simpler projects starting from around £2,000.
How pricing works
No two homes — or pieces of fitted furniture — are exactly the same.
Your quote is based on the design, dimensions, materials, finish, installation requirements and the level of detail involved. After an initial conversation and site visit, you’ll receive a clear written quote outlining the scope of work, what’s included, optional extras and payment stages.
The aim is to make the process straightforward, transparent and easy to understand before any work begins.

Payment terms

Due on acceptance of the quote to confirm your booking and begin the design/manufacture process.
35% pre-installation payment
Due once manufacture is complete and before installation begins.
25% completion payment
Due on completion of the installation and final handover.
This staged approach allows materials to be secured, workshop time to be booked and installation dates to be confirmed.
Why prices vary
The final price depends on several factors, including:
Size of the space
Number of units, doors, shelves and drawers
Internal storage layout
Door style and detailing

Any building quirks such as uneven walls, floors or ceilings
A clear quote will always be provided before work begins.
